A highly collectible "Compression Project" pendant designed by César Baldaccini foundation (1921–1998) for CELINE, inspired by the artist's celebrated Compression sculptures. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, the pendant features César's iconic compressed forms rendered in miniature, transforming one of his most recognisable artistic concepts into a wearable work of art.
The pendant is engraved "César", signed "CELINE", and individually numbered 022/100, making it one of only 100 examples produced in sterling silver. Together with a further edition of 100 in gold vermeil, the total production was strictly limited to 200 pieces.
Ingeniously designed, the pendant incorporates a retractable hook, allowing it not only to be worn as jewellery but also to stand independently as a miniature sculpture—beautifully reflecting the fusion of contemporary art and luxury craftsmanship.
